Overall:
This is a technical support role who will support customer and internal team for all MSE lab products inquires.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide the technical support to warehouse regarding chemical storage and incoming material/instrument quality check.
2. Assist the operation director for daily operation needs.
3. Establish and maintain liaison with sales team and product management team.
4. Document all the product issues and conduct operation/product improvement.
5. Provides technical support to the customers for all MSE material and equipment regarding engineering, technical or scientific issues.
6. Communicate with manufacturer engineers to address the pre-sale quote inquiries and after sale issues.
7. Work with customers regarding the instrument manual request and repair support.
8. Provide feedback for product quality improvements
Requirements:
1. STEM Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree in chemistry or Material Science preferred.
2. Knowledge of chemistry and experience in operating and maintenances lab instrument
3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
4. Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
5. Proficient computer skills, i.e. Microsoft suites
6. Good time management and planning skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential
7.Both good a team player and individual worker
8.Excellent written and oral communication skills
